| Warranty The warranty is subject to legal provisions. In all deficiencies that arise during the statutory warranty period of two years after delivery, you have the right for remedy (your choice: repair or replacement) and - if the legal requirements are met - the rights to reduction or cancellation of the purchase agreement.

Delivery
We ship with GLS to EU countries and Norway. Other countries can not be supplied.
All items with a green bar (delivery status) are instantly ready for shipping and will be delivered usually within 3-4 working (eg to UK, Sweden or Finland) days after placing your order. Items with a yellow bar are provided with the appropriate delivery times.
Ordering
If you find the product of your choice, you can add it to your basket without obligation by clicking the button [Add to basket]. The contents of your basket can be viewed at any time by clicking the link [Basket]. Products can be removed from the basket by clicking the checkmark [Delete] and the button [Apply]. If you want to buy the products in your cart, click the button [Check out]. Please then enter your address details. The mandatory fields are clearly marked.
Your data will be securely SSL-encrypted. After entering your information and selecting the payment method, click [Next] and check the contents of your basket. By clicking the button [Submit], you complete the ordering process. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. The customer information (this page) is saved and will also be sent to you by email with your order information.
Purchase agreement
After entering your personal data and clicking the button [Submit order] in the final step of the ordering process, you agree to the terms of this contract. You will receive an automated confirmation of receipt via email immediately after submitting your order. After your order has been checked and processed by our staff, wou will receive an order confirmation via e-mail separately. The purchase agreement is only concluded with this order confirmation.
Withdrawal
You can revoke your purchase without explanation within two weeks by writing to us (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the items. This period begins with receipt of this instruction.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and possibly towed uses (eg interest) must be returned. If you can not return us the items received, or only in deteriorated condition, you have to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the items is based solely on their examination - as it would have been possible in a local shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the items as your property and omitting everything which impairs their value.
The items will be picked up free of charge to you. Please don't return parcels non-free, as we can not accept them.
